Rental of the White Stone Event Center can include the access to the grounds, the main Ballroom, stage, and the front glassed in cocktail room off the foyer. Custom catering and room rental packages are available and can be tailored to your specific requests.

B. Fees - A refundable security deposit of $250 per room, 50% of the room cost, is required to reserve the White Stone Event Center for an event. This security deposit cannot be applied toward the fees associated with the event. The deposit will be returned two weeks following the event provided there are NO charges incurred for the damages during the event or additional time used. If you have a weekly or monthly class, event, or meeting, special pricing will apply. Please contact the Event Manager for further details on this special package. All bookings are on a first come, first serve basis. Tables, chairs, and linens are included in the price.
All cancellations must be received in writing. In the event of a cancellation less than one month prior to the event, the security deposit is not refundable. All other rental fees will be refunded.

D. Payment Schedule - The security deposit and one half of the full rental fee must accompany the signed contract to reserve the White Stone Event Center on a definite basis. The balance of the rental fee must be received no later than 15 days prior to your event. Checks should be made payable to the White Stone Event Center. We also accept American Express, Master Card and Visa.
E. Cancellation Policy - All cancellations must be received in writing. In the event of a cancellation less than two months prior to the event, the security deposit is not refundable. All other rental fees will be refunded.
F. Decorations - Due to the historic nature of the building decorations cannot be attached to the walls, ceilings, or floors. No confetti, rose petals, bubbles, glitter, rice, spray cans of string confetti or similar items allowed.
No smoking is permitted any where inside the building.
G. Food and Catering - At this time we are not allowing outside Catering Companies access to our facilities due to recent activities in the kitchen. The White Stone Event Center offers and prides itself on unique catering possibilities. Catered meals range from sumptuous gourmet dinners to basic Hors D’Oeuvres Receptions. Nothing is ever basic here at WSEC. Each event is tailored to your individual taste, using the finest quality products while paying the utmost attention to the details of preparation and presentation. Prices range quite a bit, but with one meeting with our Event Manager a quote can be processed quickly. Menu selections are due 3 weeks prior to the event. The guaranteed count is due 15 business days prior to the event. Boxes for wedding cakes must be supplied by the cake supplier, as we do not carry wedding cake boxes.
H. Music and DJ - We request that the band, DJ or entertainment contact us one week prior to the event to ensure a smooth load-in/out and required power needs for equipment.
I. Special Requests - We have a huge inventory of designer fabrics to coordinate with your event colors and scheme for table clothes and more. Custom and exotic centerpieces can be designed and created upon request. Here at the White Stone Event Center, we are here to assist with your every need. Our goal is to provide you with a successful and smooth celebration. Whether you take advantage of our Wedding Planner, In-house Catering Services, or Elaborate Rental Items, we will be there every step of the way.
J. Liquor - The White Stone Event Center does hold an ABC Permit. All beverage services within the WSEC must be provided by the WSEC and services by personnel. No beverages of any kind will be permitted to be brought into any public area by you or any of your guests If you would like to set a dollar limit on the bar tab, our bartenders will notify you when you have reached that amount. You then have the option of either continuing with an “Open Bar” policy or we may change it to a “Cash Bar” upon your request. A minimum bar tab of $500.00 is required. Hosted Bar Service includes a Bartender for 5 hours. A Champagne Toast is available for $2.50 per guest. A large selection of Wines and Champagne are available upon your choice. K. Bar Policies
The following bar policies are crafted to allow you and your guests to enjoy and celebrate with to the White Stone Event Center. To further that goal, it is necessary for the a minimum of fuss and liability, to either the hosts, guests, and White Stone Event Center to maintain control of the liquor while it is on the premises.
Bar Hours: As a standard part of your contract with the White Stone Event Center bar services are available from the start to the end of your event. If you are interested in limiting the hours that alcohol is available, we suggest one of the following, (and also open it to your discussion); bar services being limited to non-alcoholic drinks for the first hour of an event, non-alcoholic drinks served during dinner, or served during the last 30 minutes of an event.
Guests’ Safety: Glassware is discouraged on the dance floors due to the probability of breakage.
Excess Consumption: Consumption and service of all alcoholic beverages is subject to the discretion of our bartenders. Intoxicated and under aged individuals will be refused alcohol. Picture ID’s will be requested. Anyone providing alcohol to a minor will be asked to leave the premises. This includes, but is not limited to a minor’s parents. The White Stone Event Center reserves the right to refuse alcohol to any and all of your guests. Either by limiting shots, diluting drinks, or by not allowing further consumption. Under extreme conditions this may entail removing all alcohol from the bar, or calling the police.
